We all know why we eat.

Some of us are emotional eaters. Some are habitual eaters (snacking while watching TV or reading). Some of us are compulsive eaters. We all know why we eat. The problem is not identifying the problem we love to identify problems, because when we sit down to work at identifying it, it feels an awful lot like we are sitting down to do something about it. Deep down we all know the truth working at identifying the problem is not the same thing as making the change we want.

Chocolate Mousse
Over 20 grams of protein. 22 vitamins and minerals. About 180 calories.

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg whites
1 cup plain yogurt
3 packets stevia sweetener
2 scoops Élancé Frappé chocolate powder
2 tsp cocoa

Directions
Whisk the egg whites in a bowl until stiff. In a separate bowl using the same whisk, combine everything else until smooth. Using a spatula, gently fold the chocolate mix into the egg whites until uniform in color. Spoon into 2 dishes and freeze.  Makes two servings.

Half & Half Shake
  • 1 scoop chocolate frappe
  • 1 scoop vanilla frappe
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 6 ice cubes

Mix in blender until well blended and enjoy

Peanut Butter Cup Shake
  • 2 scoop chocolate frappe
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter

Mix in blender until well blended and enjoy
Variation:
use Vanilla frappe and sprinkle with cinnamon

Strawberry Shake
  • 2 scoops vanilla frappe
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries

Mix in blender until well blended and enjoy
Variation:
Use other berries such as blueberries,
blackberries, cranberries etc.

Eggnog Shake
  • 2 scoops vanilla frappe
  • nutmeg
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 6 ice cubes

Mix in blender until well blended, sprinkle with nutmeg.
